If you were injured in a motor vehicle accident with an active ICBC claim, you may be able to access up to 12 weeks of treatment — such as physiotherapy, massage, kinesiology, chiropractic, and acupuncture — with conditions and eligibility applying. Our team can help you understand your options and start a recovery plan.
If you have been injured in a crash in BC, ICBC's Enhanced Care coverage pre-approves a range of recovery treatments for the first 12 weeks after the collision. At our clinic that can include physiotherapy, massage therapy and kinesiology, so you can start care early without waiting for each visit to be approved.
Each type of care has its own number of pre-approved visits, set by ICBC. After the first 12 weeks, further treatment can be requested if your recovery needs it, based on your progress and your practitioner's reports.
Our team helps with the practical side: confirming your claim details, guiding you to the right service to start with, and keeping your care coordinated if you see more than one practitioner.
